As one of LH’s longest-serving team members, his leadership, loyalty, and ability to independently manage multiple complex projects continue to play a pivotal role in driving LH’s design excellence and overseas expansion.
Alex Tse
Alex is our Kitchen and Cabinetry Specialist as well as full Project Manager at Leehar Home LTD (LH).
Raised in the countryside of Cornwall, England, within a Hong Kong family, he embodies a unique balance of traditional Chinese values and modern British sensibilities.
With an engineering background and hands-on experience in both commercial and residential design, Alex approaches every project with precision, creativity, and a deep commitment to quality. His career began in the culinary world, where he worked as a professional chef in high-performance commercial kitchens before transitioning into residential kitchen design — giving him a distinctive understanding of functionality, aesthetics, and detail.
Beyond his design expertise, Alex is highly experienced in quoting software implementation and commercial project management. Fluent in English and rooted in his Chinese heritage, he brings a refined East–West perspective to every collaboration. Currently, Alex also plays a leading role in driving LH Home’s expansion into overseas markets, helping to extend our design-build expertise to an international audience.
Fan Ng
Fan – Senior Designer & Operations Coordinator
Fan is the Senior Designer & Operations Coordinator at LH, combining creative excellence with strong operational leadership. Beyond her design role, she manages several critical areas of the business, including LH Floor & Office operations, supplier and trade communications, production orders, and factory proof checks. Her structured and detail-oriented approach ensures seamless execution across departments and projects.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English — both spoken and written — Fan serves as a vital bridge between LH’s international design, construction, and operations teams. Her extensive hands-on experience in production drawings, factory coordination, and on-site management gives her a comprehensive understanding of how design transforms into finished craft.
Renowned for her empathy, communication, and teamwork, Fan maintains harmony across diverse teams and handles complex administrative and project challenges with grace and efficiency. Her leadership keeps our construction teams motivated and aligned, fostering a culture of respect, craftsmanship, and collaboration that lies at the heart of LH’s success.
Ronny Lehar
Aviation-trained founder and active Airline wide‑body Captain with over 30 years of leadership, bringing aviation‑grade precision, risk management and discipline into property development and construction.
As Founder of LEEHAR Home, leading an integrated platform; spanning design, development and construction management, with a strong focus on systemisation, digital workflows and predictable project delivery. Specialising in taking business from inception to fully operational platforms: defining concepts, building brand-presence, structuring entities, implementing digital workflows & integrating systems enabling predictable delivery & strong client relationships. This end-to-end perspective positions LH for structured growth, repeatable project performance & partnership-ready operations.
Lehar's approach is rooted in efficiency, clear governance and robust processes for cost, quality & time control.
Trained at City & Guilds Affiliated Construction School and Certified by Harvard Business School (Business Strategy & Execution), combining a hands‑on building experience with modern financial and ERP/CRM systems.
A former national team athlete for Norway (Judo) and Hong Kong Fitness National Champion, bringing a performance‑driven mindset & operating fluently across cultures and languages, aligning teams, clients and partners around clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
