In search for a contractor for our new home, I came across Ronny and his team at Leehar Home and immediately decided they were the ONE. What differentiates them from the rest of the contractors in Hong Kong is that they are an English-speaking team that brings together brilliant ideas from different contintents. I was also impressed with Ronny's organization skills, especially when it came to the invoices -- every item was listed so we knew what we were paying for.

While working together in designing our new home, Ronny and his team provided us with abundant alternatives and were extremely patient when it came to us changing our minds. Thank you Nurdin and Alex! It is never easy building a "perfect" home. Sometimes things don't go according to plans. During the construction phase, there were some hiccups but Ronny and his team were flexible and immediately fixed what needed to be fixed. For that, I am grateful.

What's worth mentioning is that during the construction phase, our building was also going through a major renovation project in which the bathroom pipes were relocated. Ronny and his team took the initiative to coordinate with the building contractor on the timing of the scaffoldings and the location of the pipes. As a result, we saved some money with the scaffoldings and gained extra space in one of our bathrooms!

After we moved in, Ronny and his team were very prompt in attending to our every requests. There were a few times we found ourselves in some sticky situations. I foolishly locked us out of the guest bathroom, for example. Thank you very much once again for coming very quickly and saving the day!

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for us.

This is the third time I have used the excellent services of Leehar Home. 

After a water leak started, I needed professional advice on how to get the problem fixed. Eventually it was decided to renew all the water pipes plus water heater and fix all the damage in the flat, which included tiling the 2 bathrooms again. 

I left the choice of tiles to the team and the result looks better than I could ever have imagined.

Once again I had no communication issues, the ideas of the team are really professional, the quality of the work is very good as is the aftercare. Moreover, the project was delivered on time and within the estimated price.

Going to Ronnie and his team was a obvious choice after the excellent quality, support and communications that the Leehar Homes team did a couple of years ago in restyling our home.

The project faced many challenges as the building was fairly mature and some systems were reaching the normal working life. The team worked tirelessly to accommodate every design cue that was driven by our branding exercise. They cooperated and communicated with the branding team and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The difference with Leehar is that the job isn't deemed completed until the client is completely satisfied. Once the offices were in operation, it became clear that we needed a couple of minor changes - all facilitated with continued care.

It is unusual in Hong Kong to have a company that really lives the saying of ""putting the customer first"" but Leehar is exactly that company.

The inputs from the Leehar design team were valuable and empowered the design to be easy on the eye and true to our brand concept.

This is the first of the new offices and we expect to be able to smoothly replicate this design when we need further locations - and Leehar will be the first choice again.

We are very happy with the end result of our complete tear down and reno, all work carried out by LH. 

We were given good suggestions throughout the build and our individual bespoke requests were all resolved to great affect with good support during, and post, build. 

There were of course issues as there always will be and also delays due to the protests at the time which were generally unavoidable. Good communication helped us manage situations as they arose through to a great final product.

I cannot recommend Lehar Home highly enough for major home renovation projects. Our flat was in dire need of an overhaul, as it had not been updated in over 20 years and was dealing with plumbing, electrical and water leakage issues.
