We engaged Ronny and his team at Leehar Homes to do a gut renovation of an 1850SF flat after seeing some of his other projects on Houzz. Our instructions were that we wanted a minimalist ‘Scandinavian' look with an open floor plan to maximize the space efficiency and sea views. Ronny's design team (Yuki, Giselle and Nurdin) guided us right through from concept development, to color palates and helping us to choose materials. Nurdin's 3D rendering images were very accurate and gave us a real impression of what the home would look like in the end. Unbelievably, the actual finished product was even more impressive than the artists renderings.

There were a number of challenges which arose (2 typhoons, building noise curfiews, window approvals) which delayed construction by 1 month, but the team knew we were working to a deadline, and worked hard, through the Christmas and New Year holidays to ensure we were able to move in before our lease expired.

Final costs were almost exactly what was originally quoted (i.e. there were no hidden extras), and 'after-sales' service has been efficient.

We first engaged Ronny to renovate our two bathrooms and master bedroom in Repulse Bay. He certainly delivered the wow factor with great attention to detail and style. Ronny is a consummate professional, has excellent ideas complete with clear explanations, but he also respected our own views on style. We liked his computer visual presentations which gave us a clear idea of the finished product in the planning stage.  He did such a great job that we engaged him to do the rest of our flat, which he has just completed. He accommodated our intention not to move out during the rest of the renovation, making sure we still had our internet and TV as we survived the works in the comfort of our master bedroom and en suite bathroom. We are very pleased with the final result. He has pretty much stuck to our budget requirements and met our deadlines. We have enjoyed a very pleasant working relationship with Ronny and his team. He has followed up promptly on snagging items and Ronny himself was doing touching-up paint work. Sometimes he promises things and can't deliver, but this is only down to his boundless enthusiasm to satisfy his client. After our first horrible experience with a contractor, it was a delight to engage Ronny as our contractor. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

I am very happy with the complete gutting and renovation of my 322 sqf flat (30sqm) in the almost 50-year-old building at Shanghai St, Yau Ma Tei. I found out about Leehar Home from a South China Morning Post article and made an appointment with Ronny after reading all the positive reviews from his previous clients on Houzz.  From the first meeting, I was sold by his professionalism and enthusiasm and how he listened attentively to all of my requirements.  He and his team always responded when I had questions, such as sizes when I bought my own tiles and appliances to save costs. He informed me of any problems in a timely manner, such as the rusty wires in the ceiling that would involve extra time and costs to resolve. He provided a breakdown of every cost that I agreed to, making several revisions to costs which was still within my budget.  Ceci Tam was the designer who Ronny provided and I am very pleased with her excellent service.  She had to deal with a very difficult apartment manager who would call her at all hours, speaking patiently and politely to the manager for almost an hour. She and her team worked tirelessly, catching up on work on the weekends and late in the evenings due to rain delays. With only 322 sqf and requiring 2 bedrooms, I wanted to make sure there was enough storage and still feel open and spacious.  The design and fittings were done exactly to my taste and met my expectations. The finish date was as promised and my son moved in in August 2018. I can highly recommend Leehar Home for their professional advice and work. My pleasure to work with such a great team from Leehar in past 4 months on my renovation project. They worked closely with me on all ideas I was given, gave us  professional advice and delivered everything in a timely manner.

We initially selected Leehar Homes to help us design and build our home because their portfolio showed a more diverse range of styles than most of the other local designers we looked at and the overall finish and attention to detail of their other projects seemed of a high standard.

As clients, we had a very clear idea of the elements we wanted included in our home and we found Ronny Lehar and his team to be extremely collaborative, utilising their extensive expertise and product knowledge to provide great recommendations and solutions to bring our ideas to life!

Ronny and Mr Chiu were meticulous in their attention to detail, working out to the last millimetre the best use of the precious floor space and designing superb cabinetry and storage solutions, while the rest of the design team were unrelenting in following up every last request from us.  

We had commissioned a separate supplier to provide the window shutters and the LH team were great in working with them and providing them with all the information they required.

Even after completion of the build, the LH team are still available to follow-up on small trouble-shooting details, providing a great aftersales service.

We ended up with a home far beyond our expectations - a year on, we still go to sleep each night in awe of the fact we live in such a beautiful home!

I lack serious talent when in comes to anything to do with design and/ or what a great apartment should look like. I am also a busy person with work and travel more than I would like. So, think how fortunate I was to be referred to Leehar homes! The team led by the highly energetic founder was utterly professional and extremely helpful in aspects. At my request they took on the project with little influence from myself - but always referring when they felt a major decision was needed. My result has been excellent and I now have a very special place that I can call home. Leehar uses quality materials, takes full advantage of technology (from lighting to Whatsapp!) and has a team of experts that are never too busy to help and support. I have referred Leehar to family and friends - and see that as the ultimate compliment.

We hired Leehar and team for a complete home gutting and redesign. Having worked with other design companies before, Leehar has been by far the most pleasant and responsive team to work with. What impressed us the most was the ability to work within a tight deadline (a little over 3 months) and deliver the completed project ON-TIME. This was particularly important to us, as moving around with dogs and young children is not ideal. The team was responsive to our every request throughout the process, and no issue was too small to be discussed thoroughly to our satisfaction.

After site hand over, the follow up service was excellent as well. Leehar and team has continued to provide follow up maintenance and touch ups well after the project concluded. They definitely take pride in their work. Overall, the experience with Leehar and team has been exciting and enjoyable. Our first impression after meeting Ronny and his team did not disappoint and we walked away feeling confident that we made the right choice for what we considered an intricate project for the scale, budget and delivery time. 

We gave the team a relatively tight budget to completely renovate a 40 year old apartment unit, that included changing the layout of the guest bathroom into our modern contemporary inspired home. Given the small size of the apartment, we were highly demanding about maximising space, storage and natural lighting. And this is where we felt Leehar Home excelled - an integrated team of experienced professionals. From the get-go, we were able to tap into their wealth of knowledge and experience not only in design ideas but practicality of the construction. We are aware that not all great ideas are practical and not all practical ideas are great designs but the team delivered on both counts - great ideas that were also practical. Leehar Home also stood out for us in their cost planning work that helped us to optimise our spending to achieve the best result. The team provided us with clear options on cost and quality from the start so that we could prioritise our spendings where they mattered.

Great planning and execution but as we all know, teething problems are to be expected and Leehar Home was quick to respond, come up with alternatives and execute on the solutions. Again kudos to Ronny and his team. Big shout out to Mr. Chiu, their head of project management for addressing all of our requests and his quick thinking on solutions. Even after handover, they responded promptly to our request for minor repairs with no additional charges. 

We were also impressed with them going the extra mile when Ronny delivered a 30kg safe to our apartment personally, when our building lift broke down!

I had a complete remodelling project with Leehar; complete redesign in terms of layout, plumbing and electrical.  

Working with these guys are an absolute breeze - these guys take care of everything, from design, demolition, construction to after-completion follow up.  Communication is extremely quick and smooth, I always had responses within the day, and often they give you updates before you even ask for them.  Can easily trust their team with planning and executing on the plan, I haven't had to chase up on them even once.  They understood my design requirements quickly, and presented many options for me to choose from, and adapted all of my 'wants' as well.  

Best of all, these guys are great when it comes to time management.  We agreed on a project completion date, and they managed to beat it by almost a week.  Never had that happen with a contractor before!  Overall, very impressed with the LH team.

I chose LH Ltd due to Word of Mouth reference and that I could trust them to do a good job and receive good personally aimed service and that is exactly what I found working with them. 

Not too easy to find in Hong Kong at a reasonable price.

Coming up with ideas and designs for my new place's renovation projected a very professional and methodical approach with great ideas and I could see they had lots of experience. Also very helpful in trying to implement all my difficult requests. Problems were professionally and promptly dealt with. Follow ups have been good and very accommodating.
