How to get started

Let's go through a few free-of-charge steps to align, before you decide.

Step 1 - Discover Call

Getting Started

Once you fill out the consultation request, we schedule a brief call to understand your flat, timing and budget. You’ll get an honest first read on feasibility and a realistic ballpark for your renovation Project, including an initial view on layout options and key technical risks such as structure, plumbing, ceiling heights and seepage.

Step 2

Initial Meeting

We then meet in person with our Designers and Project Managers at our self-built studio to walk through how you live, what’s not working and what you’d like to change. This is a complimentary session led by the same team who will later Build your site.

Step 3

Professional Site Survey

When you are ready to move forward, we arrange a professional Paid site survey. Our team records precise measurements and prepares industry-standard existing plans to be used for design development and construction. You can read more about this service here:

Step 4

Ideas Proposal

Using the survey and your brief, we develop a proposal with layout options, initial design direction, and a clear cost and timeline outline so you can decide with confidence.

Step 5

Project Kickoff

Once aligned, you confirm the design and management fee. We hold a kickoff with your LH team – designers, project managers, in-house site managers and our own trades – to align program, drawings and site logistics, ensuring a controlled build from first sketch to final handover.
